About AAA Professional Staffing

AAA Professional Staffing has been in operation since 2004, when owner, Chris Priebe, decided to open her own agency. Previously, Chris had over 16 years experience in the staffing industry and over 30 years in the medical field.

Chris initially started her company out of a small room in her home; scheduling shifts, hiring employees, doing payroll, marketing and such. She then rented an office in Galesburg, IL before buying the building where her company is currently located in Maquon, IL.

AAA Professional Staffing hires CNAs, LPNs, RNs, Specialty RNs and CMAs as their own staff, and then gets contracts with healthcare providers such as nursing homes and hospitals. When facilities are short staffed, they call AAA to fill their needs. They also offer some in-home care so that families don't have to send their loved ones to a nursing home before their time.

We do temp to hire and perm placement as well as offer insurance, benefits, sign on bonuses and referral bonuses.

AAA Professional Staffing is licensed in Illinois and Iowa and employs about 100 employees. They staff approximately 20 different facilities. Some of the facilities don't always have hours to offer AAA Professional Staffing employees, but they always try their best to keep them busy.

Chris emphasizes that the motto for the company is "Where the "P.S." stands for Personal Service".

Their goal is to give the best quality service to their clients while charging the lowest rates, and to pay their staff the best wages.
